Town Center Project Announced For Gateway to NKU

12.17.2017   Fairmount Properties and NKU announced plans for a mixed use development at the gateway to the University that would include 70,000 square feet of professional office space, a hotel, retail, restaurants and apartments. St Elizabeth Healthcare is the partner on the professional office building to be located on the north side of Nunn Drive. The “town center” style development on the south side of Nunn Drive will have structured parking and is expected to have great new public gathering places, which pleases Highland Heights residents and officials as well as NKU students. Designed to make NKU more attractive and welcoming to students and their families, the project should also integrate the campus more fully into the life of NKU’s home city, Highland Heights.
