The collapse of the real estate market in the recent recession threatened his business, but David Imboden, the developer of the Manhattan Harbor project in Dayton, Kentucky, has 41 residential lots ready for the first construction phase of his project. Single family homes will be built on the lots with price tags expected to be in the neighborhood of $1,000,000. When fully built out, Manhattan Harbor may involve a total value of $400 million or more.
